Structural details
Current diagnosis, navigation and customer-journey diagrams, WordPress architecture, SEO/AEO/AI and decisions for the next iteration.
A useful visual foundation. A structure to organise.
The proposal does not assume everything is broken: the website already has HTML content, service pages, team profiles and languages. WordPress could facilitate editing and content governance; changing CMS alone does not improve rankings.
/_next/static assets were identified. The homepage does provide text in initial HTML. The technology is not interpreted as an inability to rank.
The sitemap declares 34 entries; this review does not certify every URL. A robots 404 is not by itself a total crawling block. We propose a valid file with explicit rules, a clean sitemap and Search Console verification.
It displays administracion@clinicasmetodolibertad.com but links to mailto:hello@corf.com. This proposal uses the correct email; the current website was not changed.
No canonical or JSON-LD was found in that homepage HTML. ES/EN alternates are present, but the ES link points to the root. This does not establish that markup is absent everywhere; each template needs review during migration.
The reread GBP listing displays Casa Libertad and specialised clinic. Current website: Tuesday–Saturday 9–18; historical GBP from 8 October: Monday–Saturday 8–18, not a complete weekly recheck today. Formal brand relationships, catalogue availability and photograph/testimonial permissions remain to be confirmed.
Discover, understand, enquire and confirm.
Entry can come from Google, an AI assistant, social media or a referral. All lead to useful content and a simple administrative enquiry. The site does not diagnose or automatically turn an enquiry into treatment.

First contact
Service interest, language, channel and consent. No symptoms, documents or diagnosis in the CRM. If unsure, provide general administrative guidance.
After care
Follow-up through the agreed channel and a neutral review request when appropriate. Consent to care, communications, reviews and a public story are separate decisions.
A site the team can maintain.
This URL shows a static proposal published on independent hosting. It is not a WordPress installation or domain migration. An installable theme and native-page importer are included to transfer the structure, styles and bilingual content into a WordPress staging environment.
Recommended final-site configuration
- Updated WordPress, a lightweight custom theme, Gutenberg blocks and consistent fields. The initial package uses editable HTML in native pages; converting reusable modules to blocks improves future editing.
- Polylang or WPML, one language tool. Pair services, practitioners and articles rather than translating menus only. The demo includes ES/EN text but does not install those plugins.
- One SEO solution, not Yoast and Rank Math together. Review canonical, hreflang and schema duplication between theme and plugins.
- Editable types: service, practitioner, article and approved experience; relate service ↔ practitioner ↔ article ↔ testimonial. Unapproved pages stay in draft.
- HTTPS hosting, recoverable backups, staging, minimal plugins, updates and delegated access. No provider or licence was purchased.
Proposal transfer materials
Download the theme and instructions from this section. Import is manual and explicit; it does not run on activation or replace unrelated pages.
Be clear and trustworthy, not promise shortcuts.
Production technical foundation
- Complete initial HTML per URL, one H1, href links, accessible mobile navigation and real 404s for missing pages. Do not rely on JavaScript to reveal important content.
- Unique titles and descriptions, canonical to the real final-domain URL, reciprocal self-referencing es-CR/en alternates and consistent x-default. Do not canonicalise EN to ES.
- Sitemap with approved, indexable 200 pages only; valid robots without blocking important assets. Staging and the proposal remain noindex; do not hide noindex with a Disallow that prevents reading it.
- Optimised images with dimensions, lazy loading outside the hero, minimal JavaScript and local fonts. Field targets: LCP ≤2.5 s, INP ≤200 ms and CLS ≤0.1 at the 75th percentile. These are targets, not measured project results. [7]
- Schema must reflect visible content: Organization/MedicalClinic only when entity and authorisation match; Person with verified credentials; Service, Article and BreadcrumbList by page. No self-serving Review/AggregateRating to seek stars. [5]
AEO: clear answers with evidence
Start each section with a brief answer, then context, limitations and sources. FAQs should reflect real questions; publish fees, duration, practitioner, location and languages only after verification. Avoid arbitrary word-count targets and mass-producing pages to manipulate results.
Access for ChatGPT & Perplexity
In production, allow OAI-SearchBot and PerplexityBot for search when the crawling policy is approved and verify the firewall does not block them. OAI-SearchBot is not GPTBot: search and training are independent decisions. Verify official IPs rather than trusting a user-agent name alone. [2] [3]
Agents: clear information and bounded actions
An assistant should be able to identify the entity, location, services, terms and contact from consistent public pages. Bookings, personal data, consent and appointment changes require a human flow or authorised integration with validation. No clinical API is exposed and no hidden instructions are added to force recommendations.
Evidence is part of the design.
Health topics need special care. Each clinical item should identify a real author or reviewer, verifiable credentials, references, date and scope. It will not be presented as reviewed by someone who has not approved it. [6]
Journal & experiences are different
Journal: useful guides with sources and review. Experiences: voluntary patient stories with specific consent, minimal identity and no universal promises. They connect to a confirmed service; a service is not inferred from a review and response drafts are not reused as testimonials.
Publication states
Draft → editorial review → clinical/legal review when applicable → reviewed translation → approval → versioned publication. Changed content loses approval. IV/cellular pages stay outside the active offering while authorisation, procedure, evidence and brand remain unresolved.
Connect what exists. Do not invent profiles.
Links visible on the official site are retained. The other major channels have planned spaces, but they are not linked to generic pages or third-party profiles to simulate a connection.
GBP & local consistency
The contact map is the existing Casa Libertad iframe, not a new listing. Confirm the brand relationship, business name, address, phone, hours, primary category and actual services. Consistent names and verified data help avoid confusion; adding a map or many social links alone does not guarantee rankings.
View map & contact ↗Migration is part of the design.
Before changing what the domain serves: inventory real URLs, content, Search Console traffic, backlinks and conversions. Create individual 301 redirects to equivalent pages rather than sending everything to the homepage. The historical sitemap needs a full crawl, not simply copying its 34 entries.
Measurement without clinical records
Use consistent definitions for service-page views, phone/WhatsApp clicks, administrative enquiry starts, enquiries received, confirmed appointments and attendance. Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, names, phone numbers or email addresses in URLs, Analytics events or ad audiences.
Search Console can verify indexing and web search, including AI features according to its documentation. GA4 and logs may observe available referrals but do not necessarily identify all agent interactions. Hosting-platform visit analytics are enabled. The local annotation tool does not transmit comments to Analytics or a review server.
Questions saved for the next iteration.
Work continued without requesting answers during the day. These decisions remain open; they do not prevent design review but do affect final commercial launch.
- Which services are active today, who provides each one, and which should stay outside CML? Are physiotherapy and osteopathy offered separately?
- How are Clínicas Método Libertad and Casa Libertad formally related? What are the actual opening hours, including Monday?
- Which official business profiles should be used for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X and Threads?
- Which testimonials, stories and photographs have verifiable permission for this new website in both languages?
- Who approves clinical information, credentials, fees, cancellations and translations?
- Should this style be kept? What name would you choose for a future name.gerenteremoto.com subdomain? None was chosen or connected by inference.
- To activate metodolibertad.com: who manages the domain and what delegated DNS/hosting access is available? Which materials from the existing classes have permission, and who should be allowed access? Course or travel organisation is not being reopened.
- Which WordPress staging host and administrative channel/calendar will be used? Delegated access, never passwords in chat.
Libertad Method and a dedicated learning journey.
The new section explains the method’s public philosophy and appears in the main menu, homepage and footer in both languages. The menu opens a dedicated clinic-site page; that page links to metodolibertad.com as an independent educational destination.

Exclusive materials need real access control
On the future learning site, publish approved class information only and keep restricted materials behind server-side authorisation. Noindex, hard-to-guess URLs or hidden buttons do not protect private content. Videos, files and their links also need permissions; no student documents or recordings are uploaded here.
Before activation, domain ownership/delegated access, hosting, an authorised library, the audience and access rules are required. No curriculum, prices or accreditation promises are invented, and the existing course/travel plans are not reorganised.
IMRI has its page. Changes have their place.
IMRI is added to the homepage, main menu and footer with its own institutional page in each language. Its public name is Instituto de Medicina Regenerativa e Integrativa; the current reference is the official site’s /en/institute/ page. It remains separate from CML’s catalogue and the Libertad Method learning site. This update does not create a domain, location, calendar or authorised treatment.
How to mark a change directly
The proposal opens with a review toolbar. Activate “Mark a change” and tap the area you want to comment on. Write the change and choose an author label. A marker stays linked to that page and its context; from the notes you can edit, resolve or reopen it. Outside selection mode, links work normally.
Reviewing is not publishing or approving
Notes do not edit original text or activate changes, bookings, treatments, clinical approval or publication. An author name is a local label, not verified owner access. This public proposal is not a protected private environment; do not enter passwords, clinical data, patient information or confidential content.
In WordPress, theme v1.2 includes the review layer in demonstration mode only. Annotation assets stop loading when production mode is enabled. No staging plugin or central comment server is installed.
